HAPPY NEW YEAR!! My wish for you is good health, happiness and exciting travel with Heritage Club!
2012 is the year we celebrate our 20th Anniversary! WOW…20 years…how can that be? Does anyone remember attending our big “kick off “party at the Best Western? How about where our very first trip was to?
Please note the new trips I have added. I’m hoping to finalize the rest of the year in the next few weeks.
"New York City"
We have had a great response to motor coaching to New York City! Plans are being finalized with a travel date of September 11-20, 2012. Traveling to NYC we will overnight in Indianapolis where we will enjoy dinner and a show. Next we are off to Dresden, OH and the Longaberger Basket Homestead. We will overnight in Ohio and visit Warther Carvings and then travel through the mountains of Pennsylvania to Hershey for an overnight stop. While here, we will visit the Flight 93 9/11 Memorial and Hershey’s Chocolate World. Next, we are off to tour Valley Forge. Philadelphia is next on the list with a guided tour of the Historic area, including the Constitution Center & the Liberty Bell. NYC, here we come! We will get settled into our hotel, have dinner and Top of the Rock viewing our first night. Our second day in NYC will include Liberty & Ellis Island touring, a guided tour of Lower Manhattan and the Ground Zero Memorial, and a Broadway Show. Our third day includes an Upper Manhattan Guided Tour with the afternoon and evening free for you to do whatever you wish! We will leave NYC and overnight near West Point. We will have a guided tour of West Point Military Academy and then travel to New York’s Finger Lakes region where we will overnight. We will enjoy a cruise on beautiful Lake Canandaigua and then travel to Ohio where we will overnight. On our last day of travel we will have lunch at one of the famous Route 66 restaurants in IL. This is a customized 10 day adventure you won’t want to miss! Join us for the travel show on Jan. 26 at 2:00 PM
“BRANSON”
Yes, we are going back to BRANSON this year. Mark your calendar for Nov. 13 – 16. Some of the shows for this year are Daniel O’Donnell, Angels of Country Music, Christmas in Hollywood, Showboat Branson Belle and the Rankin Brothers. We will also go to Shepherd of the Hills for the Trail of Lights & the Inspirational Tower. I should have this finalized by next week.

We will have your travel documents and flight schedule available for you and answer any questions you may have.

February 9 - Ladies Day Out - Sign Up ASAP!!
We have a few stores who have offered to do style shows or demonstrations for us...what fun! Join us as we travel to Des Moines for our annual shopping trip. Stops will be made at Jordan Creek and Valley West Malls. The price per person is $35 and due when you sign up. We still need a few more to make this a go.
February 14 - BINGO
Let's have fun playing Bingo on Valentine's Day. We'll have cash Bingo prizes and door prizes! Refreshments will be served. Please call in your reservation by February 10th.
February 23 - March 4 - HAWAII Land and Cruise
Don't forget the pre-departure party on Feb. 7th!
March 8 - Mystery!
Our mystery trip will take you to who knows where are who cares??? The suspense is fun and we always have a great day with our adventurous travelers. The price per person is $75 with a $25 deposit due when you sign up.
April 4 - Sign up ASAP
Circa 21 Theater - Rock Island
Souther Crossroads - the tale of a hilarious traveling family of singers and musicians during the Great Depression. Enjoy live music and classic hits from the Great American Song Book. As always, a nice lunch will be served and you will have your choice of a 'scrumptious' dessert. The price per person is $90 with a $25 deposit due when you sign up.

Religions of the World - Des Moines
I have been told by several of my peers that this a great adventure! We will get to see some beautiful buildings of worship and learn about other religions.
