May 2010
Dear Heritage Club Friends,
April showers bring May flowers...and aren't they beautiful? After our very long winter it is so nice to see green grass, trees leafing and blooming, spring flowers and the farmers busy planting their fields. I love this time of year despite the havoc it plays on my allergies!
Our Spring Time in Dixie adventure was a big hit! We saw and learned so much about the south, and perfect weather and the very best group of Heritage Club friends!
Well, it looks like we are going to ALASKA in 2011. What a great response I have had! Thank you for your input. We will do the land package first, (Fairbanks, Denali and Anchorage) and then cruise down the inside passage. I will start the process of choosing a company to work with and then we will plan a travel show for you.

Their hit songs include "Sherry," "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Rag Doll," "Oh What a Night," and "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You." The price is $112 per person with a $25 deposit due when you sign up and the final payment is due April 30. The boys will deliver dozens of our 50's and holiday favorites all wrapped up with a big Plaid bow. We will enjoy lunch at one of the local restaurants before the show (on own payment). "WHY GOD MADE MOMS"
(Answers by 2nd Grade Students)
Why did God make mothers? She's the one who knows where the scotch tape is. Mostly to clean the house
How did God make mothers? He used dirt, just like the rest of us. Magic, plus super powers and a lot of string.
Why did you Mom marry your Dad? She got too old to do anything else with him. My grandma says that mom didn't have her thinking cap on.
What would it take to make your Mom perfect? On the inside she's already perfect. Outside, I think some kind of plastic surgery.
What ingredient are mothers made of? God makes mothers out of clouds and angel hair and everything nice in the world and....one dab of mean.
