To begin using FIRST LINE, simply dial our toll free number, 

1-800-261-8073, and listen to the voice prompts.  You will hear a menu of selections and be asked to press the appropriate button.  Have your account number ready.   

Once you have accessed FIRST LINE press 1.  Your PIN (personal identification number) is initially set to the last four digits of the primary account holder's social security number.  You will be required to change your PIN the first time you access the account.
